How do I login to my Kia Finance Customer Portal?
Existing Kia Finance customers with a loan commencing on or after June 1, 2025, can log in to their Customer Portal here.
The Kia Finance Customer Portal makes it easy to:

What’s required for a Consumer Loan application?
At Kia Finance, our Business Managers will guide you through your finance options and tailor a solution to suit your lifestyle.
To start your application, we’ll require the following information:
Proof of identity – current driver’s licence.
Proof of income – 2 most recent and consecutive pay slips. Alternatively, you can simply upload your bank statements through our secure portal at Morley Kia (most Australian online bank accounts supported).
Proof of residence and rent – rental statement or tenancy agreement if you’re currently renting.
